Helen-Alice leads Humu’s People Team where she is focused on making work better for our “Humuns”. At Humu, our people function is a center of creation and innovation where we draw on the latest research in organizational behavior, behavioral economics, expertise from thought leaders in the people space, and our amazing in-house people scientists. Of course, we also leverage our Humu solutions to make work better!
Prior to Humu, Helen-Alice was an early member of the Global People Teams at Google and Facebook where she had key roles in redefining the work-life experience for all employees. With a global charter, she scaled teams and launched multiple offices in Europe, The Americas and Asia. She brings industry-leading expertise in culture, compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning and development, HR business partnership, high growth tech, and enterprise sales strategy to Humu.
Helen-Alice has a bachelor’s degree in International Commerce from University College Dublin in Ireland and a Masters of Science in Management and Human Resources from The London School of Economics. When not working, she enjoys keeping active and spending time with her family and friends in Argentina, Ireland, Canada, and elsewhere in the world.
