Wayne Crosby is the co-founder of Humu, a behavioral change platform that nudges people towards better ways of working.

Prior to Humu, Wayne was an engineering Director at Google from 2007 to 2017. He joined Google via the acquisition of Zenter, an online collaborative presentation editor he co-founded in 2007. Zenter became Google Slides, making Wayne a founding member of the G Suite team. While at Google, Wayne led several initiatives involving Productivity Software, Identity, Social, Personal Search, and Machine Intelligence. In 2012, Wayne won Google’s prestigious Great Manager Award, which initiated the founding relationship—and ideas—of Humu.

Wayne has led product and engineering teams at Amazon and Go Daddy, and is also the VP of Technology at his local elementary school.
